Hull Rupture turns a spaceship into a factory and a kill zone. This wiki helps you keep the Despot alive through 20 waves, build a hull that fights, and choose defenses that match the lanes you create.
Does ship speed make waves come faster in Hull Rupture?
Ship speed only changes how fast you travel on the galaxy map; it does not make combat waves arrive faster. Speed comes from engine count and level minus total ship mass. Keep enough speed to reach the events you need, but do not sell a core turret or stop human production to chase it. Values above roughly 4000 do not improve effective travel speed.
The Hull Rupture demo has been disabled now that the full game is out. A completed tutorial and an unlocked Trade Mode carry over, but Artifacts must be unlocked again. Endless Mode no longer starts automatically after a Classic clear, and modules can now be built in any empty module slot.
Can I rotate or destroy hull blocks in Hull Rupture?
Hull Construction pauses flight while you place a random block with empty module slots. Blocks cannot be rotated or destroyed, and they cannot block the Airlock or engine. Choose a shape that lengthens the alien route or improves your firing lines, keep the production core compact, and skip a block that creates dead space you cannot use.
The wave 10 boss is a burst check. Put your strongest single-target or penetrating weapons on the longest line it must cross, hold it there with slow or vulnerability, and keep direct burst damage in the plan. Patch v1.0.15 reduced its health and healing, but it can still end a run that lets it reach the Despot's Chamber.
